Our Valet & Bell Services cast members have the unique opportunity to be the first to welcome our guests to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa.

Responsibilities:
Valet Host/Hostess:
Valet cast members will assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including, but not limited to shuttles, busses and other transportation, and driving all types of guest vehicles.
Bell person will assist with transporting all luggage to and from guest rooms.
During 3rd shift, Cast Member may be required to perform job functions for both Valet and Bell roles.

Bell and Valet Dispatchers work within the Front Office area and are responsible for communicating with Guests both in person and by phone regarding their needs for storing and retrieving luggage, packages and vehicles.
They in turn coordinate with Bell and Valet to ensure that Guest requests are fulfilled.
Bell and Valet Dispatchers are front line Cast Members that have high Guest contact, and will demonstrate the spirit of Aloha and the value of Aulani as they assist Guests.
They also will assist with the storage and care of both Guest personal belongings and vehicles.
Works primarily at the Bell and Valet desks and assists guests throughout the day, to include heavy use of phones and basic computer skillsDispatch Bell Cast Members on luggage delivery runs and keeps track of all work completed by Bell Services via logs and/or computerized systemsRetrieves luggage and other personal affects requested by guests at the Bell deskReceives guest vehicle keys from Valet Host/Hostess, enter guest vehicle information into a computerized system and file keys in an organized mannerRetrieves vehicle keys upon guest request and prioritize the retrieval of vehicles by Valet Host/HostessReviews payment information for valet vehicles and when applicable, processes payments, including vouchers, credit cards and cashFront-line cast member must posses excellent communication skills and will deliver upon high guest service expectations Greets guests with positive, friendly and helpful attitudeProactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areasWorks indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidityBasic
Qualifications:
You must be at least 18 years of ageValet Host/Hostess:
Must have a valid driver's license Clean driving record for the past 12 months (no moving violations)Ability to drive manual/automatic transmissionAble to grasp and carry heavy items up to 75
poundsContinuous heavy lifting, stair climbing, pushing/pulling luggage cartsFrequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and turningConstant reaching, standing, walking and climbing (stairs)Frequent grasping with hand, wrist and finger useOccasionally working around pressurized equipment (guest oxygen tanks)Excellent communication skills and high guest service expectationsProlonged standing for two to three hours at a time and heavy lifting may be requiredPreferred
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environmentPrevious experience working in a parking service type facility (i.
e.
airports, business office building, private parking structures)Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese languagePrevious computer and/or cash handling experienceAdditional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYFull-Time requires full availability for any shift at any time - including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a days, 365 days a year.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
