Responsibilities:
Create a comprehensive GEOINT product that combines Imagery, Imagery Intelligence, and Geospatial information to satisfy specific Essential Elements of Information (EEI), Requests for Information (RFI), and ad-hoc requirements Demonstrate a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customer Collect, analyze, and distribute geospatial information to represent the terrain and its possible effects Use geographic data that supports military/civilian operations for disaster relief, homeland security, and military/intelligence operations Extract geographic data from satellite imagery, aerial photography, field reconnaissance, and sea-based platforms Create geographic data and compile them into maps Assist commanders and staff officers with battlefield visualization and advise them on topographic operations and special map product planning Create and maintain multiple geospatial databases, prepare military-style briefs covering all aspects of the terrain, and provide teams with critical information about enemy forces, potential battle areas, and combat operations support Shift work required Required Qualifications:
Active TS w/ SCI eligibility Bachelor's degree and 5
years of relevant experience; Master's degree and 3
years of relevant experience; no experience and PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field. 5
years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment Knowledge of various GEOINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies Knowledge of a wide range of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings Valid US Passport
Qualifications:
Experience with ESRI Portal, Dashboards, etc. Prior service Army Geospatial Engineer (12Y) Experience working GEOINT analytical support with a focus on VEO INDOPACOM threat Experience supporting USARPAC GEOINT Intelligence analysis Knowledge of GEOINT sub-disciplines to include Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) Thermal Infrared (TIR), Spectral, Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Full Motion Video (FMV), non-imaging infrared and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) Knowledge of Socet GXP, IEC, NES, ENVI, AGITK, eTPR, VAP, Cedalion, ArcGIS and ESRI tools Ability to create products ready for integration into CAD and GIS for mapping and spatial analysis Familiarity with GPS ground control (PPK/Fast Static) best practices and accuracy standards Experience with aerial imagery interpretation, coordinate system/projection troubleshooting, geodatabase design and management, model building, AutoCAD data conversion, VB scripting, data overlay techniques Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
